Flexing abs upper body 6 pack 8 pack natural body builder fitness

Me flexing my upper body, this is as big as i'll iver get and im tiny, 120 pounds 5,4 im getting more into meditation and raw food and cardio.. my joints hurt and body building is not for me, i cant gain muscle without killing my joints, so staying toned and cardio is all im doing
