My training log: forum.bodybuilding.com My best 20 rep squat to date. My training partners said it looked like I had a few more reps in me, but I couldn't take the mental anguish of banging out more than 20 today. I haven't decided yet if this is the end of my squat accumulation phase or if I'll extend it one more week. As you can see in the video, I've started adding in some heavy singles to condition my body to them.
