Here's what I did (weight x reps) Seated Dumbbell Presses - 20 x 15, 30 x 15, 40 x 12, 50 x 10, 60 x 8, 70 x 6 Standing Dumbbell Side Laterals - 15 x 12, 20 x 12, 25 x 10 Barbell Shrugs - 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 12, 275 x 6 Neck Circuit (no rest between exercises and sets) Front Neck Raises - 25 reps
